USING METHOD AND PHONETIC NOTATION:
1.The tube must be installed and operated by
professionals. Be careful during the process of
transportation and installation avoiding the damage of
the tube.。
2.If oil is used as insulation and cooling agent,
compressive strength of the oil shouldn’t be lower than
35kV/2.5mm.
3.Clean and dry the tube body case before installation.
4. For the first time operation or reoperate after more
than four weeks, the tube should be trained before
operation according to the following steps. Begin with
half of the maximum working tube voltage keeping the
perspective electric current and increase to the maximum
working tube voltage with the speed of more than 5kV/min
and keep it there for 3 minutes. If the electric current
is not stable or electric phenomenon occurs, the tube
voltage should be reduced first and increased after it
becomes stable.
5.Reduce the tube voltage before shut down.
RESERVE AND TRANSPORT CONDITION:
1.Generally the packed X-ray tube should be stored in
corrosive gas free and airy rooms with 5℃ or higher
temperature or 80% or lower relative humidity.
2.The transportation requirement is according to the
order contract.
QUALITY PROMISES AFTER SELLING:
Under regular storage, transportation and application
condition, if there is any problem caused by the quality
of the packed X-ray tube within 12 months since the
release date; our company will replace the products for
free.
